Rachel Allison is an IChemE Chartered engineering professional who holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Aston Business School. They have extensive experience in the energy services and pharmaceuticals industries, working across R&D and manufacturing roles at companies such as Roche and GlaxoSmithKline. As a Senior Sustainability Manager at Roche, they drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, collaborating with industry partners. Previously, they led a design and consultancy team at Ameresco and held various roles in materials science and process engineering at GSK.
