Raymond Kozikowski

Raymond Kozikowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of biomedical engineering and diagnostics. Currently serving as the Science & Technology Lead at Roche Diagnostics Partnering since October 2024, Raymond previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Pictor Labs Inc from October 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles at Roche Tissue Diagnostics included Senior Manager for Strategic Applications & Innovation Lab and Senior Scientist in Technology & Applied Research, where significant contributions included leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation through Design Thinking, and achieving notable cost savings in product lifecycle. Raymond has also been involved in groundbreaking research at Ventana Medical Systems, Advanced Liquid Logic, and GlaxoSmithKline, further complemented by a strong academic foundation consisting of a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
