Sara Kelley

Sara Kelley is a Principal Scientist I at Roche Sequencing Solutions and a trained materials and organic chemist. They completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of California, Santa Barbara, focusing on the development of nanoparticles for targeted treatment of internal hemorrhage. Sara has a background in teaching as a General and Organic Chemistry Lab Teaching Assistant and has previously worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Saint Mary's College of California. In addition to their scientific pursuits, they enjoy outdoor activities such as running, backpacking, and hiking, as well as experimenting with new recipes in cooking and baking.
