Sascha Dreher

Sascha Dreher is currently the Head of EU Biologics Drug Product at the Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals) in Basel, leading a multidisciplinary team of around 90 employees in sterile drug product manufacturing. Previously, Sascha held various roles at Roche, including Head of Verification Engineering and Transformation Lead, supervising teams and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Sascha's experience also includes a background in CNC programming and equipment design at Gardner Denver, as well as early roles at Werner Rietschle. Sascha holds several certifications, including a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and has completed a Diploma in Brief Coaching.
