Schnell is a Material Management Tech Transfer & Launch Manager with extensive experience at Roche Basel. They began their career in chemical production after completing their education as a Chemikant, where their early dedication led to promotions, including roles as a foreman and later, a Quality System Manager. After transitioning to biotechnology, Schnell played a key role in establishing logistics and equipment cleaning processes during a new facility's development. Currently, they serve as a Productions Ingenieur, overseeing compliance in media and buffer production while leading a team through a restructuring phase. Additionally, Schnell earned their Höhere Fachprüfung Chemie (HFPC) during their career.
