Scott Worsley is a quality professional with over 15 years of global experience across APAC, EU, and USA in GMP, GCP, and GDP. Currently serving as the SubChapter Lead for Supply Chain Quality at Roche Diagnostics Europe, Scott focuses on fostering high-performing teams and driving strategic improvements through digital solutions. Previously, Scott held various roles at Roche, Sequenom, Genentech, and Biogen Idec, including managing quality assurance for clinical supply chains and implementing Lean Production System tools. Scott earned a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego and is pursuing a Master of Science in Biology at Cal State San Marcos.
