Serena Li

Serena Li is a highly experienced scientific professional with a robust background in assay development and molecular biology. At Roche, Serena held various roles, culminating as a Senior Technical Manager and Principal Scientist, where contributions included the development of NGS-based oncology assays and non-invasive prenatal testing products. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center, leading to five publications on glycan structures in pathogenic bacteria, and a Student Research Assistant position at Boyce Thompson Institute. Serena holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from China Agricultural University, a Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences from Cornell University, and a Ph.D. in Plant Biology from The University of Georgia.
