Ulises Garay is currently an Access Evidence Leader at Roche Diagnostics International and a PhD student in Health Economics at The University of York. They hold a Degree in Economics from Buenos Aires University and have earned two Master's Degrees—one in Epidemiology, Management, and Health Policies from Lanús University and another in Health Economics from Aix-Marseille Université. Ulises previously worked as a researcher in Health Economics at Instituto de Efectividad Clínica y Sanitaria (IECS) from 2009 to 2018 and served as past chair of the Special Interest Group (SIG) of Medical Devices and Diagnostics of ISPOR.
