Zhipeng Yan

Zhipeng Yan is a leader in oncology drug discovery at the China Innovation Center of Roche, boasting over 12 years of experience in preclinical and early-stage therapeutic programs. As the principal architect of Roche’s Oncology Discovery Group, Zhipeng built a competitive R&D team and portfolio, focusing on innovative therapies like antibody-drug conjugates and cancer immunotherapies. Zhipeng previously served as a research fellow at Harvard Medical School, where they explored viral immune evasion mechanisms and antiviral drug development. With a Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Zhipeng has a strong foundation in translational research and cross-functional leadership.
