Joshua Swan

Joshua Swan possesses a robust background in ticket operations and event management, currently serving as a Box Office member at Rochester Broadway Theatre League since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Ticket Operations Manager at Blue Cross Arena, Assistant Box Office Manager with Rochester Americans and SMG Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management, and Director of Ticket Operations for Batavia Muckdogs. Early career roles also include Sales Associate with Philadelphia 76ers and various internships in event management. Joshua Swan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from State University of New York at Fredonia, completed in 2015, following graduation from Caledonia-Mumford High School in 2011.
