Joe Kinney III

Joe Kinney III possesses extensive experience in gas operations, currently serving as Supervisor of Gas Operations - Residential Metering at Rochester Gas & Electric since July 2021. In this role, Joe oversees the construction, maintenance, and operations of gas distribution and transmission systems, including planning and scheduling new construction work and conducting inspections and training. Prior to this position, Joe held various supervisory roles at Iberdrola USA, focusing on gas training and operator qualifications from July 2013 to July 2021, and worked as a Gas Maintenance and Operation Pipeman at Rochester Gas & Electric from July 2000 to July 2010. Joe Kinney III is an alumnus of Monroe Community College.
