Christopher Clarke

Christopher Clarke has extensive experience in operations, finance, and business development, serving as the Director of Operations & Finance at the Rochester Housing Authority since November 2016. Clarke has also been involved in independent consulting since January 2002 and previously held the position of Deputy Treasurer for the City of Rochester from February 2014 to November 2016. Additional roles include business development at the Urban League of Rochester Inc. and ownership of Southern Pork Company, Inc. Clarke's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a Master of Science in Economics from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.
