Charles McFadden

Charles McFadden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and technology. Currently serving as the Executive Director of NTID PreCollege Programs at the Rochester Institute of Technology since 2023, Charles oversees multiple departments, including Admissions and Outreach. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Senior Director for the NTID Outreach Consortium, focusing on enriching the educational pipeline for deaf and hard of hearing students. From 2018 to 2023, Charles was the Chief Technology Officer at Communication Service for the Deaf, where leadership encompassed technological strategy and infrastructure for a major non-profit organization. Previous positions include Systems Engineering Operations Lead at Leidos and extensive roles at Lockheed Martin, Martin Marietta, GE Aerospace, and MDT-Castle, showcasing a strong foundation in software engineering and systems management. Charles holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
