M. Kissma Gassama

Adjunct Faculty / Instructor Of Project Management at Rochester Institute of Technology

M. Kissma Gassama, PMP, serves as the Director at the National Council for Civic Education and Democracy (GoSL) since August 2018 and is currently an Adjunct Faculty/Instructors of Project Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology. With previous experience as Director at the Project Management Association from June 2018 to August 2020, M. Gassama has focused on training and creating platforms for project management coordination and regulation. As the International Services Volunteer Lead at the American Red Cross from May 2014 to December 2017, coordination of the International Services program in the Western New York Region was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes tenure as a Cooperation & Protection Officer with the International Committee of the Red Cross from October 2005 to September 2008. M. Gassama holds a Master of Science in Professional Studies, Project Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Sierra Leone.
