Maria Caldwell-Richart

Maria Caldwell-Richart serves as the Director of Career Services and Cooperative Education at the Rochester Institute of Technology since October 2017, previously holding the position of Interim Director for the same department. With extensive experience in the RIT Office of Career Services from August 2001 to July 2017 as Associate Director for International Outreach & Career Advisor, Maria specialized in assisting students with international co-op and full-time job placements, particularly in Accounting and Finance. Earlier in Maria's career, from August 1999 to July 2001, Maria worked as Assistant Director in the Office of Admissions, focusing on undergraduate recruitment. Maria holds a Certificate from the Management Development Program at Harvard Graduate School of Education, completed in June 2022, and possesses a BS/MS in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State University, earned between 1992 and 1999.
