Olivia Winkfield

Olivia Winkfield currently serves as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Welfare at Rochester Institute of Technology, overseeing the athletics compliance program and managing student-athlete welfare initiatives. With experience as a participant in the Philadelphia Eagles Virtual Diversity Development Series, Olivia has also held roles at Canisius College as a Graduate Assistant in Career Development and within various capacities in athletics, including internships with the University at Buffalo and Buffalo Bills. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Higher Education & Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Dual Major in Sport Management and Journalism, both from Canisius University.
