Raymond Orr

Raymond Orr, CEFP, serves as the Associate Vice President of Facilities Management Services at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Previously, Raymond held the position of Associate Vice President of Facilities at Pacific Lutheran University. A notable military career includes roles such as Chief of Expeditionary Engineering Programs in the Air Force and Operations Flight Commander at the 51 Civil Engineer Squadron in Osan Air Base, Korea, as well as Readiness and Emergency Management Flight Commander at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.
