Shraddha Chaplot

Shraddha Chaplot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, education, and technology. As the Founder of a private experimental laboratory since September 2017, Shraddha has dedicated efforts to exploring innovation across multiple domains, including mathematics and space technology. In addition to this role, Shraddha serves on the Board of Directors for the RIT/NTID Foundation, advocating for educational advancements for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Previous positions include Head of Innovation at Saint Francis High School, where Shraddha led the development of the Innovation @ Saint Francis initiative, and Director of STEAM Innovation at Drew School, where Shraddha significantly increased student interest in engineering and robotics. Additionally, Shraddha held various roles at Cisco, including Systems Engineer and Director of Experimental Research, contributing to numerous projects focused on technology solutions and educational programs. Shraddha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego.
