Tate Decaro

Tate DeCaro currently serves as the Associate Director of Marketing & Admissions at the Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf since February 2020. Previous roles include Relationship Development and Lead Generation Specialist at the Monroe Community College Foundation and Donor Engagement Assistant within the same organization. Tate has held various positions at Writers & Books, serving as Director of Development and Interim Director of Development, and has contributed as an Administrative Consultant at The Anniversary Company. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Executive Assistant to the ED Search Committee at the Hearing Loss Association of America and event planning positions at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Educational credentials include an M.S. in Service Leadership & Innovation from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Legal Assistant degree from Algonquin College, and a B.A. in Psychology from Bard College.
