Karen LaGraff has a comprehensive work history in Human Resources, beginning as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2005. Karen then progressed through various roles at Xerox, eventually becoming the Vice President of Global HR Transformation. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Executive Consultant for various companies, providing expertise in compliance, process improvement, change management, and global HR transformation, particularly in response to the Covid-19 crisis. In 2020, Karen became the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Rochester Midland Corporation. Their experience includes overseeing HR operations, labor relations, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Karen LaGraff completed their Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources at Roberts Wesleyan University from 1991 to 1992. Karen then pursued an MBA in the Executive Program at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996.
