Mike Ash is the current Detail Manager at Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac Service. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte from January 2014 to December 2016 as a Senior Manager (Associate Partner) in Technology/Media/Networks, Strategy & Operations. There, they led and delivered multiple client engagements in strategic planning and business model development. Mike has designed and facilitated high-stakes, immersive client experiences and workshops to break down barriers and accelerate meaningful results focused on complex challenges. These challenges include: "How might advanced computing (quantum, neuromorphic) and the internet of things evolve by 2020 - 2025?", "How might we think about the role of public media amidst the media landscape of 2020 - 2025?", "How might home entertainment evolve by 2020?", "How might we become a more effective senior management team?", and "How might we build dynamic, digital organizations that can securely attract, develop, and retain talent?".
At Deloitte, Mike was also responsible for practice development, sales and managed revenue targets, utilization, account planning for key clients, talent recruitment, and thought leadership development. In addition, they facilitated multi-day professional education events in strategy development, productive interactions, problem-solving, logical structuring, and storyboarding at Deloitte University for Strategy & Operations leaders and staff.
Mike Ash has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Business from Midwestern State University. Mike also has a certification from Caltech in Advanced Technology Marketing Strategy and a certification from the Center for Technology & Management Education (CTME) in Advanced Technology Marketing Strategy. In addition, they have a certification from IDEO U in Storytelling for Influence.
