Ross Lanzafame is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care law and non-profit governance. Currently serving as Principal at Leading Edge Advising & Development, LLC since October 2020, Ross's mission focuses on empowering Board leaders and non-profit organizations through effective governance. In addition to this role, Ross is the Chair of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and has held various leadership positions at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, providing legal counsel to health care providers on regulatory matters.
