Andrew Fleming

Andrew Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management. Most recently, Andrew served as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at Rochester Precision Optics from August 2023 to February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Plant Manager at Li-Cycle Corp. from September 2020 to August 2023 and held the position of Focus Factory Manager at Gunlocke from October 2018 to September 2020.
