Carter Lekatz has extensive experience in IT roles, having worked as an IT Manager and Sr. Development Engineer at Halcon Corporation before joining Rochester Public Utilities as an IT System Administrator and IT Support Specialist. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Carter also has experience as an IT Lab Consultant at the same university.
