Shari Hughes

Shari Hughes currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Rochester Rehabilitation Center, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Shari was a Human Resources Manager at the same organization. Shari's extensive experience includes over 22 years at Baker Commodities Inc., where responsibilities as the Human Resources Administrator involved managing Human Resources for two divisions with more than 70 employees. Shari is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
