Michael Bowen

Michael Bowen has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles.

From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Engineer at Pine Bluff Arsenal.

In 2000, they joined Texas Instruments - RFAB as an Engineer and later became a Process Engineer, working until 2015.

In 2015, Michael Bowen joined Rochester Gauges, LLC as a Production Control Engineer, responsible for managing production schedules and improving efficiency.

In 2018, they transitioned to the role of New Product Introduction Manager at Rochester Gauges, leading the development of new products through a gated process and collaborating with sales and customers.

Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Rochester Gauges, where they lead a global engineering team and drives growth through the development of electronic and electromechanical sensors.

Michael Bowen attended the University of Arkansas from 1992 to 2000.
