Meagan Neubauer

Meagan Neubauer has a varied work experience. Meagan began their career in 2014 as the Director of Group Sales for Hunt Hollow Ski Club, where they were responsible for reaching out to clubs, businesses, and schools to cultivate an interest in Hunt Hollow. Meagan then worked for Ontario County Workforce Development from 2015 to 2016 as a Seasonal Human Services Worker, where they managed over 60 youth cases. From 2016 to 2018, they worked for Neuworks Mechanical, Inc. as a Fleet Manager. Meagan then worked for The Arc Allegany-Steuben from 2018 to 2022 in various roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Human Resources, Project Manager, and Recruitment and Retention Specialist. Currently, they are a Business Services Representative for RochesterWorks!.

Meagan Neubauer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Alfred University. In July 2019, they also earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
