Shanna Heard

Shanna Heard is an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in construction management, having worked for Rochon since November 2022, Shingobee Builders from July 2018 to January 2023, and S.J. Louis Construction, Inc. from October 2011 to July 2018. Shanna's early career included roles as a Project Coordinator, Administrative and Estimating Assistant, and Accounts Payable Associate, focusing on project support, bid preparation, and financial processes. Shanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Dakota, earned between 2005 and 2009.
