Chelsea Rae Bermudez has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Keyholder at Rock & Brews Restaurants since October 2018, where responsibilities include enforcing safety guidelines, supervising cleanliness, managing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Chelsea previously held various positions at Longhorn Steakhouse from July 2013 to May 2018, including Manager, Employee Training Specialist, and Service Assistant Team Lead, showcasing strong leadership and training skills. Chelsea's career began at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant, where outstanding sales performance was achieved over three consecutive years. Educational achievements include pursuing a Master of Science in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from the University of Central Florida and holding a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Florida International University, along with an Associate of Science in Human Resources Management from Valencia College.

Rock & Brews is a one-of-a-kind, rock-inspired restaurant and entertainment concept designed to engage people of all ages with quality comfort food and local favorites, a broad selection of craft and international beers, and an energized environment that is reminiscent of being at a family-friendly music event. Restaurant Business Magazine also recognized Rock & Brews as one of the "Future 50"​ fastest-growing small chains in America in its June 2015 issue. Rock & Brews was co-founded by Simmons and Stanley along with restauranteur Michael Zislis and concert industry veterans Dave and Dell Furano and currently has 12 family-friendly restaurants in the United States and Mexico with three additional locations set to open by January 2016. Having recently completed a rollup forming Rock & Brews Holdings, LLC, the company, founded in 2012, expects to surpass $85 million in revenues in 2017 with plans for 30 percent growth annually for the foreseeable future.
