Mike Talavera has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Rock & Brews Restaurants since August 2015, having previously held roles as Assistant General Manager, Bar/Hospitality Manager, and Bartender. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Bar Manager at JP23 BBQ & Smokehouse from December 2013 to June 2015 and worked as a Bartender at Bulgogi House Korean BBQ in 2013. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Server/Bartender at Mimi's Cafe from 2004 to 2014 and starting in the industry as a Busser at the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disneyland Resort from 2001 to 2003.
