Jessica Rios

Jessica Rios is an experienced operations and events leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Rock Church since August 2020. Rios has held various roles within the church, including Events Director, Operations Manager, and Project Manager for the Toys For Joy event. Prior to this, Rios worked at Nan McKay and Associates from January 2018 to October 2020 as Call Center Manager, earning the title Employee of the Year in 2019. Rios also brings a background in retail management from Petco, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations and employee development as General Manager, and a diverse history at Best Buy, where multiple roles spanned from Supervisor/Manager to Multi-Channel/Warehouse Supervisor, focusing on daily operations and administrative management.
