Mna Richard Durflinger

Richard Durflinger holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance from Liberty University. Since August 2013, Richard has served as Operations Pastor at Rock City Church, where responsibilities include finance, human resources, facilities, IT, logistics, and building projects. Prior to this role, Richard accumulated experience in the banking sector, starting as a Sales Representative at Western & Southern Financial Group in 2009, followed by positions as a Personal Banker at Charter One Bank and a Preferred Banker at Fifth Third Bank. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at General Motors, overseeing vehicle assembly, and production operations at Delphi.
