Alberta Lee

Alberta Lee, SPHR, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer at Rock Entertainment Group since July 2024. Previously, Alberta held prominent roles at the Cleveland Cavaliers, starting as Vice President of Human Resources and advancing to Senior Vice President of People and Culture since December 2014. Prior experiences include serving as Assistant to the President for Human Resources and Organizational Development at Monroe Community College from February 1999 to August 2014, and Director of College Human Resources at Lansing Community College from 1995 to 1999. Alberta earned a Master of Science Administration in General/Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Saginaw Valley State University, complemented by the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
