Aili Crumbaugh

Aili Crumbaugh is an accomplished travel management professional with extensive experience in leading business travel programs. Currently serving as Team Leader for Travel at Rock Events and Rocket Central since March 2020 and March 2023, respectively, Aili oversees a team responsible for the travel needs of Rocket Mortgage and the Rock Family of Companies. Prior experience includes roles at Quicken Loans as Team Leader and Travel Manager, where responsibilities included managing travel programs, negotiating contracts, and monitoring industry trends. Aili's career also features experience as a Travel Coordinator at Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Centers and as a Customer Service Specialist at Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry. Aili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
