James Seales possesses extensive experience in project coordination, operations management, and safety within various industries, including mining and law enforcement. Currently serving as Project’s Coordinator at Rock-it Global since September 2023, James also operates as Company Owner at Alpha Gear Solutions since October 2020. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Health & Safety Manager at XP Relines, as well as significant positions within the New Zealand Police, where responsibilities ranged from Police Dog Handler to Police Officer, contributing to operations such as victim recovery and criminal investigations. James's foundational military experience as a Special Operations Maritime Operator and Combat Engineer in the NZ Army complements a strong educational background in security, risk management, leadership, and project management, obtained through multiple diplomas and certifications from Asset College and the Royal NZ Police College.
