Paul Hon

Paul Hon is a seasoned sales and design consultant with extensive experience in the pool and landscape industries, currently serving in roles at Premier Pools & Spas and Rock N Block Turf n Hardscapes since October 2023. Since January 2018, Paul has been with Rondo Pools Inc, where responsibilities include creating luxury swimming pool designs tailored to client preferences, managing documentation for approvals, and achieving sales goals. Previous roles include sales consultant positions at Shasta Pools & Spas and leadership in maintenance and marketing at Lords of Design. Paul holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an Associate degree in Sports Management.
