Eleanor Rust has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Eleanor began their career as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati from August 2010 to May 2012. Eleanor then transitioned into a freelance role as a Writer and Editor for arts and heritage organizations from July 2016 to December 2018. In this position, they created press releases and developed marketing content for various events and festivals. From January 2019 to July 2019, Eleanor worked as a Writer and Marketing Specialist at Rock Paper Scissors, Inc., where they focused on client interviews and press releases for unique musical projects. Eleanor then took on the role of Marketing Director at the same company in July 2019, utilizing their diverse skill set in problem solving, research, and writing. Eleanor brings boundless curiosity and contagious enthusiasm to every project they undertake.

Eleanor Rust attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin Language and Literature. Eleanor then went on to study at the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2009, ultimately obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
