Bernie O'donnell

Bernie O'Donnell is the President of Rock Project Management Services, LLC, a role held since November 2019. Prior to this position, Bernie was a City Council Member for the City of Black Diamond from 2020 to 2023 and served as Vice President and Northwest Area Manager at Vanir Construction Management, Inc., where significant team growth and project portfolio expansion occurred. Bernie's extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Utility Support Services Division at Seattle City Light, Senior Project Manager at Opus North Corporation, Commercial Project Manager at Lease Crutcher Lewis, and Program Manager/Construction Manager at the University of Washington Capital Projects Office. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Washington, with previous studies in Construction Management and Pre-Architecture. Bernie is also notable for leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, including President of Rebuilding Together South Sound.
