Chad Baures

Chad Baures is a seasoned real estate agent currently working at Rock Realty since March 2018, following a tenure at Preferred Realty Group from October 2014 to March 2018. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Chad served in the US Army Reserves from September 2010 to February 2018 as a Senior Enlisted Environmental Science Observer/Controller. In the early part of Chad's career, experience included five years as a counter salesperson at cb & k supply from February 2004 to February 2009. Chad holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health with an emphasis in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin, obtained from 1999 to 2001.
