In the early part of Chad's career, experience included five years as a counter salesperson at cb & k supply from February 2004 to February 2009. Chad holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health with an emphasis in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin, obtained from 1999 to 2001.
