Gwen Armbrust serves as the Director of Human Resources at Rock Region METRO, bringing extensive experience in payroll management, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. With a background in program coordination and administrative roles, Armbrust has also held positions at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Armbrust's expertise lies in managing employee benefits, payroll processing, and coordinating events. With degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Armbrust's career has been focused on human resources and administrative functions.

Rock Region METRO is the central Arkansas public transit system hosting more than 1.75 million passenger trips per year in the cities of Little Rock, North Little Rock, Pulaski County and Conway.
