Dave st. Pier

Dave St. Pier is an accomplished HMA QC Manager at Rock Road Companies, Inc. since April 2023, with prior experience as a QC Manager at William Charles Construction Company, LLC from November 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the Materials Director of Operations to ensure efficient asphalt manufacturing processes. From March 2000 to November 2017, Dave served as an ET IV at the Illinois Department of Transportation, specializing as an Area QC/QA Bituminous Mixtures Technician in Project Implementation and gaining extensive knowledge in materials procedures. Dave St. Pier graduated from Morrison Institute of Technology between 1997 and 1999.
