Rafael Colón Rosario began their work experience in 2009 as an intern at Argonne National Laboratory. In 2011, they joined Rock Solid Technologies as a software engineer.
Rafael Colón Rosario obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2014, they obtained the certification of MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.
