Ryan Cotton

Ryan Cotton began their work experience in 2002 as a Physical Therapist at Body One Physical Therapy. Ryan later became a Partner and Director of Body One Work Solutions, where they focused on preventing workplace injuries. Ryan also served as a faculty member of the orthopaedic residency program in collaboration with the University of Indianapolis. In 2006, Cotton became the Founding Director of the University of Indianapolis/Body One PT Orthopaedic Clinical Residency program. In 2020, they joined Rock Steady Boxing, Inc., initially as a Medical Consultant, then as the Chief Scientific Officer. Ryan later became the Acting President and CEO before assuming the role of President and CEO in 2023.

Ryan Cotton completed their education at the University of Indianapolis from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Doctor of Health Science degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, they attended the University of Evansville from 1993 to 1998, earning a Master of Physical Therapy degree in the same field.
