Matt Radicelli has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 when they founded Rock The House, where they served as Founder, Partner, CEO, and Chief Executive Officer until September 2020. Matt then established Selective Sound Entertainment in 2010 and Zone Entertainment in 2013, both of which they owned until August 2020 and July 2020, respectively. In 2020, they also became a Cleveland Ohio Business Coach under the name "Matt Radicelli :: The Business Handyman." Currently, they operate as the Founder of Mentor Pods, a group business coaching and learning program that guarantees results in various areas of small businesses.
Matt Radicelli earned a Masters Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the School of Hard Knocks, where they studied from 1978 to 2008. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued an Advanced Mastery in the same field at Goldman Sachs - 10,000 Small Businesses. Additionally, in April 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Analyst in the Culture Index Program from Culture Index.
