Ashley Leftwich

Ashley Leftwich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashley is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Rock The Street, Wall Street (RTSWS), where they lead a team to educate high school girls globally in finance and investments while promoting diversity in finance-related careers. Ashley is responsible for refining processes, tech systems, fundraising, and marketing strategies to achieve RTSWS's mission. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner Engagement Manager and Partner Engagement Coordinator at RTSWS, where they focused on empowering future generations of women and encouraging girls in math.

Before joining RTSWS, Ashley co-founded the Perfect Pebble Co. and served as a Co-Founder from May 2017 to March 2019. Ashley was also involved in speaking engagements during this time. Additionally, they worked as an Advancement Director at Begin Anew of Middle Tennessee from June 2017 to October 2018.

Ashley's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group from June 2011 to August 2016. In this role, they successfully built client relationships and exceeded sales goals, earning recognition for their achievements.

Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated a passion for empowering women and promoting financial education, particularly in STEM fields.

Ashley Leftwich earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Marketing and Business Administration Management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 2008. Prior to attending MTSU, Ashley attended The University of Georgia, where they studied Marketing and then transferred to MTSU.

Ashley later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Systems from MTSU, which they obtained in 2010. Additionally, Ashley obtained the certifications of Government Meeting Specialist from the Society of Government Meeting Professionals in August 2013 and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco in May 2005.
