Rockaway Capital was founded in 2013 by Jakub Havrlant with the vision of transforming industries through new technologies and the digital economy. Over the past decade, it has grown into a trusted asset management and private equity firm, managing structured funds in e-commerce, digital assets, fintech and blockchain.
 
Rockaway operates several specialized investment platforms such as RockawayX, focused on blockchain and digital assets with nearly EUR 2 billion under management including the prominent staking division, Rockaway Ventures Fund, which invests in early-stage startups across Europe, RockawayQ, which drives AI transformation of established companies, and Rockaway Private Equity, targeting cash-flow-generative businesses.
 
Rockaway Capital is also active in Real Estate development through its Real Estate division. Its social responsibility is fulfilled through Rockaway Arts, which supports cultural initiatives such as the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, Colours of Ostrava or Designblock.
