Natalie Brier is an experienced marketing and client services professional with a strong background in strategic account management and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing & Client Services at RockawayMore since October 2016, Natalie oversees strategic direction for multiple clients, focusing on marketing, branding, public relations, and digital strategies. Previous roles include Manager of Customer Success at Thanx, where Natalie implemented marketing plans for over 15 merchants, and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Informatica, facilitating onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
