Michael Savage has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael started their career in the US Army as an Infantryman, where they operated weapons and equipment and employed proper combat techniques. After leaving the military, they worked at various companies such as Amazon, where they served as an Order Picker, and Affiliated Computer Services, where they worked as a Data Processing Specialist and Mail Attendant. Michael also gained customer service experience at Circuit City as a Sales Representative and Warehouse Associate and at T-Mobile as a Customer Service Representative.

In the tech industry, Michael worked at Apple as a Family Room Specialist, assisting customers with Apple devices and providing technical support. Michael also worked at Zappos Family of Companies as a Customer Loyalty Team member, providing exceptional customer service and taking initiative on various culture projects. At Framebridge, they held multiple roles including IT Specialist, IT Technician, and Value Stream Leader, where they provided technical support, managed production teams, and ensured customer satisfaction. Most recently, they worked at Conduent as a Technical Support Representative and gained certifications in Apple Mac and iPhone repair.

Currently, Michael is employed at Rockbot as a Technical Support Representative, where they help stream music and content to enhance the guest experience. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Michael Savage obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute - Lexington from 2006 to 2008. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Design and Technology, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
