Ben Pierson

Ben Pierson is an experienced executive in investment and development within the real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Rockbridge since April 2013. With a focus on hospitality and mixed-use real estate projects, Ben has effectively led multi-functional teams to identify and capitalize on significant investment opportunities ranging from $30 million to $200 million. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President, where Ben also directed teams in underwriting and capitalizing new equity and debt investments. Earlier experience includes positions at Tishman Speyer as an Associate in the MBA Leadership Development Program, an MBA Internship at Nationwide Realty Investors, and various roles at JPMorganChase. Ben holds an MBA in Real Estate, Finance, and Strategy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
