Manuel Ruivo is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate sectors with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Project Director at Rockbuilding since October 2023, Manuel previously held leadership positions including Director of the Real Estate Business Unit at FUTURE - Engenharia para além da técnica from October 2018 to October 2023, and multiple roles as Project Director at Manuel Ruivo Lda from 2004-2006 and 2013-2023, as well as MACE Portugal from 2006-2013. Earlier in their career, Manuel was a Construction Manager at HOSR Lda and a Project Manager at Invescon, with additional experience as an Adjunto Director Delegação at Soares da Costa Espanha. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Engenharia Civil from Instituto Superior Técnico and a postgraduate degree in Analise de Investimentos e Avaliação Imobiliaria from Coimbra Business School | ISCAC.
